About Me
Hi! My name is Lauren Bailey. I am excited to be your 1st grade teacher for the 2023 - 2024 school year. This will be my 12th year teaching 1st grade at Edwardsburg Primary. I live in Niles, MI with my husband, Michael, our son, Todd (who will be 2 in October), and our two pets - Wisty, our cat, and Mollie, our Alaskan Malamute.
I grew up in White Lake, MI with my parents, 2 sisters, 3 dogs, 1 cat, and a rabbit. I graduated from Central Michigan University in December, 2010 with my B.S. in Elementary Education with focus on reading, math, and child development. I received my Master's in Educational Technology in May, 2015 from Central Michigan's Global Campus.
